A 76ª edição do Emmy Awards, que premia as melhores produções do ano feitas para a televisão, aconteceu no domingo (15) em Los Angeles, nos Estados Unidos, com apresentação dos atores Eugene Levy e Dan Levy, de “Schitt’s Creek”.
“Xógum: A Gloriosa Saga do Japão”, série com o maior número de indicações em 2024, já havia levado 14 prêmios entre as categorias técnicas e, durante a cerimônia principal, levou mais quatro, incluindo o de Melhor Série de Drama, totalizando 18 estatuetas.
“O Urso” também se destacou na premiação, mas categorias de atuação: Jeremy Allen White foi o Melhor Ator, Ebon Moss-Bachrach venceu como Melhor Ator Coadjuvante e Liza Colón-Zayas foi eleita Melhor Atriz Coadjuvante.
No entanto, Ayo Edebiri perdeu o prêmio de Melhor Atriz em Série de Comédia para Jean Smart, de “Hacks”, que também conquistou a estatueta de Melhor Série de Comédia neste ano.
